How to place an order
No credit card needed. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
Find the Right Products for Your Project
Start by identifying the GPS products and accessories you need for your project, research, classroom activity, thesis, or laboratory setup. To help you choose correctly:

- Explore our Tutorials like ArduPilot, ROS, Build a robots, for setup help and recommended product lists to get started easily.
- Still unsure? Contact our Support team—tell us what you're building, and we'll help you review and verify your selection.
Submit Your Request in our Online Store
- Add the items you need, just like a regular online shop.
- When you are ready, proceed to Checkout (no worries, no payment is required).
- Please enter your institution's billing details and correct tax number (VAT ID for Europe). If you are a tax-exempt US university, simply note this in the "Comments" box.
- Select "30 day payment (only Universities and Public Organizations)" and Place the order. No worries, this will only reserve the material for you. If you don't follow the next steps, we will cancel this reservation after 4 weeks.
After submission, you will receive an order confirmation email with an attached quotation in PDF format.
Get Institutional Approval and Finalize the Order
- Send this quotation to your manager or accounting department to get approval.
- Depending on your institution's process, they may approve the quotation directly, or issue a Purchase Order (PO).
- Send us this signed document or Purchase Order.
Receive Your Products and Start Your Project
- We will ship your material and provide a DHL Express tracking number. It will be at your desk in 1–4 business days!
- That's it! We will take care of getting the payment from your accounting department directly.
