How to get a quotation
At ArduSimple, we provide official quotations through our website. This ensures that the pricing, stock availability, and shipping costs are 100% accurate for your specific location and requirements.
To get a quotation, we need your help to enter a virtual order in our website. This procedure is not binding until you actually make a payment so no worries! The steps to generate your quotation in PDF are:
- Add the required products and quantities to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to Checkout and enter your shipping and billing details including VAT number if you have. This allows our system to calculate the exact shipping rates and taxes if there are any.
- Select “Bank Transfer / Bank Wire” as Payment Method at the final stage of the checkout process.
- If you need any specific text in the quotation write it in the “Order Notes” box.
- Place your virtual Order. This procedure is not binding until you actually make a payment so no worries.
- You will immediately receive an email with your Proforma Invoice attached as a PDF. If you can not find the email, check spam folder. This PDF document serves as your official quotation.
If you need a quotation for higher quantities than what the pricelist available online, feel free to contact us.
