Returns and Order Issues

  1. Order Issues: If you experience and issue with your order and before taking any decision, the best is to collect all information including pictures, screenshots and your order number and contact us, we always answer in less than 24 hours. Ardusimple’s Product warranty applies for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery for any proven defects due to bad material or poor workmanship of ArduSimple.
  2. Return Policy: You are ordering directly from factory and getting the best price. We assemble, configure and package your order individually after your purchase. Standard retailer return conditions are available from our global distributors Mouser and Digikey who stock our pre-configured and pre-packaged products. In the event that the Customer wishes to return an order without any warranty or incoming inspection claims, the Customer agrees to pay a restocking fee of 26€ / 30$, plus a retesting and handling fee that can go up to 50% of the Product price, depending on the material condition and the location of the return. Returns of this type will only be accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date. Shipping for returned products to ArduSimple warehouse is at the responsibility and cost of the Customer. Products can only be returned after receiving an authorization number which can be requested at info@ardusimple.com. Only unopened shipments in their original packaging can be returned. For Products sold under a Non‑Cancellable, Non‑Returnable (NCNR) purchase order cannot be returned.
