The main responsibilities:
- Design, test, develop and optimize webpages for a seamless user experience
- Maintain clean and well-structured webpage code

IT & Web Systems Administrator
Location: On-site (Andorra la Vella) | Full-time
Languages: English, Catalan/Spanish
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT & Web Systems Administrator to manage our WooCommerce/WordPress website infrastructure and provide IT support to internal staff. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance of our Linux-based server (Apache, Nginx, PHP, MySQL), ensure uptime and security of the e-commerce platform, and handle basic IT operations for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Web & Server Maintenance:
- Maintain and update WooCommerce backend, WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Manage Linux server stack: Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB.
- Perform regular updates, backups, and server monitoring.
- Ensure uptime, performance, and website security (frewalls, fail2ban, SSL,etc.).
- Troubleshoot website/server issues and deploy solutions efficiently.
- Document server confgurations, credentials, and update processes.
- Suggest website/server upgrades and optimizations to management team.
Employee IT Support:
- Confgure laptops/workstations for new team members (OS setup, software installs, email, VPN).
- Handle basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support day-to-day IT needs (printer setup, user accounts, antivirus, updates).
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper access control.
Required Skills:
- Advanced scripting (Bash, PHP, Python) for automation.
- Solid Linux server administration experience (AlmaLinux/CentOS or similar).
- Hands-on knowledge of Apache, Nginx, PHP, and MySQL/MariaDB.
- Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce architecture.
- Experience with laptop/desktop setup and common productivity tools
(Windows/macOS). - Advanced networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Web security and backup strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience with Plesk or similar server management panels.
- Familiarity with email confguration (IMAP/SMTP/Exchange), remote support tools
