The most demanded feature for the RTK Smart Antenna is finally here, meet the new Tilt Compensation plugin, based on the popular Feymani IM19 IMU.

You can now survey much faster as you don’t need to keep your surveying pole leveled.
The best part is that it works with your favorite surveying app as the IMU calibration feedback is “app independent”. You can configure several feedback types (acoustic, fake fix and fake accuracy) to notice when you need to calibrate the unit, although its calibration is extremely fast and you usually only need to do it during startup.

You can use this plugin if you already have an old RTK Smart Antenna or if you plan to buy a new one. Tilt the pole up to 30deg  and the accuracy will only increase 1cm, 2cm up to 60deg tilt angle.
So not only you can benefit from a speed increase in surveying points, but you can also reach “impossible” points with the traditional method.
