In default configuration Arduino SoftwareSerial reads correctly
After loading conf files it shows like baourates doesn’t mach
I have tried every combination of 38400 115200 (as cof changes baudrate to 115200) baudrates in Arduino and UBX-CFG-PRT but it doesn’t help.
What is wrong?
Can SoftwareSerial sustain 115200 baud on the platform chosen?
Use a hardware UART, or check signalling / bit timing with a scope.
I have tried both Software Serial and hardware UART in Arduino ADK and Mega different port.
Note that in Default Configuration it retrieves NMEA sentences correctly problems arised only after loading configuration files.

How is it configuring the module?
If it is changing baud rate or switching on UBX or RTCM3 packets these will not look like human readable ASCII.
Show what the “not working” data looks like.

I enabled all NMEA messages and now it’s OK!
It seems to be some useful NMEA messages ralated in heading – HDN HDG HDT RMB … but uCenter deosn’t support them.
Is there any ways to get haeding/teering information exept NMEA

uBlox doesn’t support those NMEA forms, nor things with cross-track error, or waypoints, etc.
Heading in the dual antenna implementations is typically recovered via the UBX-NAV-RELPOSNED packet

Yes you’ll want something that can parse the UBX stream, ideally something that can demux NMEA, UBX and RTCM3 packets dynamically.
I write my own software for PC and embedded platforms, I’m not using third-party code/libraries.
