You don’t need RxTools then. You can do datalogging by simply recording a file from the data stream coming from the interface that you use (USB or UART). Then on a PC you can replay this log with RxTools.
To be sure to understand, the heading data from dual antenna of simpleRTK3B Heading is available directly into the NMEA string, like HDT or VTG strings (contrary to simpleRTK2B+heading for which heading data of dual antenna was only available into U-Blox UBX-NAV-RELPOSNED string) ?
For the attitude data (roll or pitch depending how antenna are positionned), how are they provided ? Can we configure into the board the height and position of antennas, and the board provide a position compensated from roll (or tilt), in NMEA strings ?

Are there any supported methods / software to log SBF stream from the mosaic HAT?

You can use RxTools: https://www.septentrio.com/en/products/software/rxtools

Thanks, I want to use it onboard a drone, so I do not know if the Linux version of RxTools is available for raspbian / RPi4

Hello,
To be sure to understand, the heading data from dual antenna of simpleRTK3B Heading is available directly into the NMEA string, like HDT or VTG strings (contrary to simpleRTK2B+heading for which heading data of dual antenna was only available into U-Blox UBX-NAV-RELPOSNED string) ?

I try to obtain the datasheet of the module here: https://www.septentrio.com/en/products/gnss-receivers/rover-base-receivers/receivers-modules/mosaic-h but I only obtain a 2 page commercial document.
Is there a datasheet available somewhere ?
Thank,
Math
