I buy 2 combo simpleRTK2B – Starter Kit LR IP65 but i setup it with mode RTK then led RTK allways ON.
Producer is has config it or i must config with hand? 
How to fix it

I turned on the base device for about 10 minutes and had the gps signal blinking then I turned on the device rover, the RTK led light was always on and I tried to observe for about 10 minutes then try to shake the gps receiver but the led light RTK is always bright.
According to the documentation, RTK is always bright and there is no connection.
I want to ask if the manufacturer has a pre-configured configuration, or do I have to configure myself to get RTK mode?

The units are shipped pre-configured, you should just power, wait 5 minutes, and enjoy RTK solution in the rover. Some checks:
– Before and after powering the base, make sure the antenna is fixed and is not moved.
– The rover is receiving data, you can see the XBEE>GPS blinking.
– If you go to the rover to the message UBX-RXM-RTCM you should see the list of RTCM messages being received.

Let us know if above helps or if you found any other thing that can help us understand what is happening.

Hi, sorry if I reopen this old post but I have the same problem: “NO RTK” LED on
Base and Rover both have the latest firmware (1.12) and I have reloaded the default configurations as base and rover (1.12 from your site)
The base has been active for about an hour with the antenna in a free environment, the antenna of the rover is about 5 meters away.
On the BASE the NO RTK led is on … with the same as on the ROVER
The xbee> gps and gps> xbee leds flash.
On the rover in the item ubx-rxm-rtcm I have a regular flow of data (1074,1084 etc etc … as from your site).
Can you give me any ideas on what to check?
I turned the forum and found a lot of people with this problem but didn’t understand how to solve it

Hi Mario,
In the rover you receive “regular flow of data (1074,1084 etc etc … as from your site).” If this is your case, you need to get RTK fix, as long as you are outside. RTK doesn’t work next to the window like normal GPS.

resolved…
 I thought I had saved the FIX configuration!!
In reality it was not saved, and when I went into the field and turned on the base only with a power supply, the base was not configured in any way.
I found out using the laptop on the field. By putting the base back in FIX the problem has been solved.
