Hello,
does the smartphone power get used/drained when I power the Rover on a LR-Setup from a powerbank on the XBee-to-USB and connect it via OTG cable from the GPS USB port to a smartphone?
Which order does the powering from the 4 different sources follow – which is the main power source when connecting more ports?

It depends. The power system of the simpleRTK2B chooses the source with highest voltage. So if powerbank has higher voltage than smartphone, it will take power from powerbank. If smartphone has higher voltage than powerbank, it will take power from smartphone. In general with a fully charged powerbank it should always take power from the powerbank.
