Is it possible to log data from the 4G radio module?

I am interested in logging the data being received and cell-id of the transmitting 4g-tower antenna which the module is currently connected to and data related to this. For example to be able to say: “This was the data received” and “I could connect to cell-id ###ABC in this area, but it switched to ###DEF over here”.

Is this possible to access/log this with the current radio module or is it limited to providing a NTRIP stream to the receiver?

Hi Carl,
Currently is not possible, but it is something that could be activated. What would you like to do with this information?

Thank you for the quick response.

In my case the information would be used in a research project to investigate the relationship between a VRS-grid placement and LTE cell coverage. For example: along a testtrack which have X number of LTE-cells and several VRS I am interested in which cell-ids can be assigned to what VRS, to investigate when a switch of VRS should be made. We have previously done so with a standalone modem, but if it can be delivered by this module it would simplify things.

Understood. Send us an e-mail to info@ardusimple.com and we check what we can do, maybe we can build a special prototype for this case at a fee.
