So the question is: why this difference between the theoretical 750 mA that the card can deliver and the maximum recommended 100 mA?
Yes that is valid if you don’t use the sockets, but if you use the xbee socket is less. we updated the documentation.

It is recommended to not connect this outputs to high power devices. Maximum 100mA.
