GPSL1PY and GPSL2PY signals

ArduSimple receivers can’t decode encrypted data and can only track the carrier.

Consumer receivers typically do not. Perhaps you need to look a SAASM or M-Code receivers from Trimble, Rockwell, General Dynamics, etc.
