Ethernet NTRIP Master not starting?

Hi all,
I have a brand new Ethernet NTIP Master, when I connect it to the Simple RTK2B Basic Starter the LED goes blue, and does not turn green.
I also do not see it loaded as a flash drive so I can put the config file on.
I assumed this should work without any additional configuration, but am I missing something?
