My simpleRTK2B is Bricked. and I followed the instructions in the tutorial. but at the step of accessing the gps using realterm, the error box in the realterm software blinks. all instructions I have run correctly include changing the baudrate to 9600. but it still doesn’t work. can someone help me please?

The device should be accessible and configurable via USB J1 in uCenter

Hi clive,
Thanks for your reply, can you explain in more detail? because I tried to access it using Ucenter but it couldn’t. which port is used? what do you mean by usb j1? And Do i need additional wire?

shateer replied 2 years ago

If i connecting device via “power+GPS” to Ucenter, it says “can not connect to COM … 9600”. Is this device damaged and cannot be used again?

Does any other application have the COM port open?
How is Device Manager reporting the connectivity of the uBlox receiver?

shateer replied 2 years ago

I only connect Ublox without other devices. device manager reads Ublox as a vpc. before bricked, the device worked well with that port.

finally I got a solution. I changed the connection to the computer using USB to TTL, and followed the Tutorial # 3 step on the Ardusumple Web. and all works well. I spent my night testing all possibilities. Huh..

no, I experienced this suddenly, I don’t really know what caused it.
