It’s not possible in a plug-and-play way. If you plug the radio module on the XBee socket, the bluetooth will have to be wired manually to the arduino rails.

Is there any wiring diagrams or guides for doing this with the xbee Bluetooth module?

Yes, this will activare arduino headers at 3V levels.
