If I enter ECEF fixed coordinates for my base station what coordinate system is my correction signal? What if I want my base station to broadcase coordinates in a local coordinate system? How would I do this?

Due to proximity between base and rover, if you set the base station coordinates in your local coordinate system, you can assume that the rover will calculate position in the same coordinate system.
