I wanna use 18650 batteries for Simplertk2b v 1.0 board. Can I use its whithout voltage inverter (3.7 to 5.2 V)? Is it enough 1 battery (3.7V) for normal work? Can I use two serial batteries (7.4V)? I wanna use 5V input for this aim

Unfortunately the required voltage input is 4.5 to 5.5V. We recommend using USB Powerbanks.
